Raspberry Leaf Tea

This beautiful dried tea is really refreshing, it has a mild, slightly sweet flavour that is really easy to drink as both a hot and cold brew.

Raspberry leaf tea is packed with nutritious vitamins, tannins and minerals, it’s natural and aromatic and really nourishing for anyone’s health. It’s especially a really great tea for women as it’s traditionally been used to support the reproductive system, menstrual cramps, pregnancy and postpartum recover. It’s also one of the main ingredients in my Freyja Goddess of the divine tea.

It has some incredible health benefits along with vitamins C & E and also includes calcium, iron and magnesium. A really great tea to support health and wellbeing. In the warmer seasons I really love to make this tea, let it cool and place in an ice cube tray, let it freeze and add to mineral water as a really refreshing drink.

    Life-changing

I got this as a gift and I pair this with the rose glycerite and honestly I can actually BREATHE now during periods! My periods are literally so heavy and this tea warms me from the inside and helps reduce the period cramps immensely; I am able to nap and even sit comfortably instead of in weird positions to not have pain. I cannot believe the difference this makes and honestly I would 1000% recommend this to any woman with ANY period cramps or pain, regardless of how light or heavy the flow is!
