Natures “antihistamine”. Nettle is one of my favourite herbs to work with, I love to use it in anyway I can. It’s rich in many minerals, nutrients and vitamins. It’s been said that nettle can optimise and balance hormones for optimal health, giving you great skin and hair as well.
Nettle is robust, dark and leafy in colour high in iron and is often used in salves, tinctures and tea. This tea is designed to support the kidneys, assist with detox, aid in water retention and can also be said to help alleviate pain from inflammation in the joints. Nettle is also well known for its immune boosting function and is a great herb for hair growth.
Nettle has had great success in helping with those who have difficulty with urination and when used daily it can support healthy digestion and also provide allergy relief and also just as an overall wellness tea.
