I absolutely LOVE this tea; I love the tartness and sweetness combination it has and it honestly is my favourite part of the day - I make a tea each night after dinner during my wind-down before bed and I swear it has changed my life for the better!!! I feel less bloated after drinking it (even after the first sip!!) and it helps me sleep because I am not full of gas or bloat from eating (especially if it's later than I expect which happens almost every day)
